We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your RedPen account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Send an email to
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your RedPen account
  4. Optionally, let us know why you're leaving (this helps us improve)
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including correction history, will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
